OW Hero: McCree

It all depends on who surprises whom. In terms of ultimates though, WInston'sw huge health pool in Primal Rage can make him near invincible against Deadeye, as he knocks him out of range from his targets.

I find this tricky. McCree doesn't want to often find himself fighting against tanks. Much juicier targets to take on rather than a Winston that will just hop/shield away before you can kill him.

On the other hand, forcing a Winston to disengage with a very safe and easy to land stun probably is a net positive for the team.

But on the subject of ultimates, Winston can counter McRee's a lot harder than the other way around.
