Sombra relies on her Translocator if she don't want to die because neither Thermoptic Camo, neither Hacking, neither EMP and even SMG won't help her survive during Endothermic Blaster's beam. If Translocator is on cooldown or running out of time till it's available to activate Sombra is pretty much dead.
