As Soldier, standard Zarya strats apply. Just don't shoot her when her shield is up. It's a big red ball and it lasts 2 seconds.

If Soldier is caught inside a Zarya ult, that's a terrific time to drop biotic field, to heal himself and his teammates while stuck.
