Tracer on console is very easy to play. I play on the Xbox one. In Overwatch. I'm Level 216. And guess what? When ever a Junkrat is trying to kill me, I just kill him. I agree that Tracer is very strong against Junkrat.
With Blink, one thing to learn is that you can hold an arrow key to blink in that direction (left, right, or backwards). If I'm in a chaotic situation then I love doing a backwards blink, because that often positions the enemy right in front where I can immediately start shooting.
When playing as Tracer, think of yourself as a hyena hunting a pack of gazelles. You don't attack the pack head-on, instead you watch and look for the injured gazelle that is separated from the pack. In other words, hunt for players that are alone (like snipers), or watch when someone retreats from the fight to go find health, and use your Blink to catch them and finish them off.
Tracer is one of the hardest heroes to play, and the one with possibly the highest skill ceiling. Her objective is to get behind enemy lines and ruin the enemy's plans.
Expert players will be able to 1v1 almost every character, even tanks. Players new to FPS games who need to flank should look towards Reaper or Winston instead.
She's like OverWatch's Zeratul (from Heroes of the Storm). Keeping up with her is going to be hard but I think she'll be very strong against the slower characters like Reinhardt or Winston (ironically, since he was the one who saved her).
Definitely in the glass cannon section as .allan points out but assassin's never need to be beefy if they can avoid every single hit :P
Looking forward to play her like many others. Il need to stock up on Redbull, I feel like that's going to be necessary to play this fast paced, squishy *** hero! :D

She's comparable to TF2's scout and flanking should be her objective when encountering another player.
